We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited and international shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

To maintain the luster of your pieces, we recommend cleaning them with a soft polishing cloth and avoiding contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or salt water. Store your jewelry in the provided pouch when not in use.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging with the security tag attached.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, John Hardy offers a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
