John Hardy is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted jewelry. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original packaging, including the protective pouch and authenticity card, to ensure it remains secure during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our studio.
